I ve been having headaches for several months now. Previously diagnosed with Mono back in May of this year at 32 years old. The last few weeks the headaches have been getting worse, and I feel like I m leaning to my left. No fever, sometimes I have chills and left arm numbness or tingling. No chest congestion cough or mucos either.

Hello Thanks for posting The headache for such a long period needs further investigation like CT scan of head.The common cause for headache is migraine.Beside CT,blood investigation in form of Complete blood count and malaria test is must. Meanwhile you may have Ibuprofen,along with vitamin B12 for symptomatic relief. take care
