What Causes Chilling Feeling On Face While Having Food?

I am a 64 year old female, 45 kg, no recent ailments, but nowadays I get this funny sweaty cold sensation in my face- cheekbones when eating. Not everyday, and I cannot really pinpoint the type of food that triggers the sensation, but it worries me. My bloodpressure is 120/80 and for the rest I think I am fairly healthy. Can you give me an explanation?
