What Causes Chills With Body Ache, Fever And Watery Stools?

i never get sick i started with the chills when i got home from work my skin and bones hurt i have a high feaver its hard to breath and diffacult to walk feaver didn't start till the chills stoped now i have a migraine ive had watery stools since yesterday before chills started.and it had a funky oder help please i have work tomorrow after noon
