I mowed the lawn and laid down to rest and out of nowhere, my head is pounding, I have the chills so bad I was bouncing on the bed and I feel too sick to lift my head. I feel foggy and slow in the head. My breathing was labored and my chest hurt..also my back hurt so bad. What could cause this?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Chills are normally associated with infection. They normally accompany a fever.

Infection can also be associated with weakness, headache, fatigue and pain.

If your symptoms continue or worsen, it may be best to see your doctor to determine the exact source of the infection so that treatment can be initiated.

I hope this helps
