hello sir, i m addicted to chewing gutkha , i m 27 years old and i m chewing it fm last four years, since last month i feel some thing is hurting in my neck, i feel some vein has been choked, is this a symtom of cancer or some other disease which can happen due to guthka

I can understand your concern about your feared condition of cancer.
At this point I would take the opportunity to highlight the fact that chewing gutkha is the leading cause for oral/neck cancer.
At the same time hurting in neck can have multiple causes like irritation of mucosa of neck due to gutkha/ infection/ congestion/common cold etc.
First of all stop chewing gutkha, if pain is due to irritation because of gutkha it will resolve in few days. If pain persist take help of ENT(ear, nose, throat ) specialist who will guide you for further treatment.
