back pain can be due to musculoskeletal cause, heart related diseases, lung related diseases etc.
So better to
consult doctor and get done
1. Ecg and 2d echo to rule out heart diseases.
2. Chest
x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) to rule out lung related diseases.
If all these are normal then no need to worry for cancer or major heart and lung related diseases.
Quit
smoking if you are smoker.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
