What Causes Chronic Constipation And Severe Headache?

My wife has chronic constipation with periodic and severe headache on a daily basis. She is 31 years of age and has been suffering from over 13 years. All tests (stomach, blood, fluids) are normal. She has some allergies but we avoid them. Kindly guide
