my friend has a "bubbly snore", it sounds like she has fluid that is in her lungs, she also has wheezing audible through a stethoscope. she tends to have a lot of upper respiratory tract infections. doesn't smoke, has never been diagnosed with asthma and I wanted to know what you think it is, because she refuses to go to the doctor. She does have some Shortness of breath when she walks up the stairs and also a chronic cough which worsens at night and although it is not productive it sounds like there is something there in her lungs
