What Causes Chronic Fatigue And Difficulty In Breathing?

Hi, I am tired all the time. I am very overweight and have breathing problems. I go twice a year to my GP for full checkuo my BP always normal and they can never pick up anything in my blood. I do fast before I go for blood test. Glucose, blood sugar, all fine. I fail to understand why I feel so tired for the pass year. I have just joined the gym hoping to get my weight down. Can someone please come back to me re-tiredness and sleepy. Thank you Dee

hi
i appreciate your concern
breathing problems may occur with obesity condition called obstructive sleep apnoea.
i am glad to know that your all blood parameters are normal , you are not diabetic
since you have made your mind to reduce excessive weight, you can do it
try to be strict and consistent in your planning
At this point of time i will suggest you to add multivitamins on your diet, avoid all kind of fried fatty and junk food
be regular for exercise
have plenty of fluids because dehydration can produce such symptoms you are mentioning

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
wish you good health
