What Causes Chronic Fatigue, Lethargy And Headache?
Hello dear DR. the overall blood count is normal except: Triglyceride 113 LDL 153 HDL 59 Cholesterol 235 Choles. NON HDL 176 TSH 2.83 Basophils 1.1% Complete blood count is looking normal I am feeling tired, don t have much energy, lethargic, have headaches, vision problems, problems with concentration and focus. I am overweight 182 pounds. Please help, I do not feel the energy that I use to have up until recently.

Unfortunately as your symptoms don't lead to any specific disease you need to schedule specialist examination
In my opinion the first doctor you have to contact is a neurologist to rule out any neurologic syndrome which can provoke your symptoms
