What Causes Chronic Headaches With Sweating?

hi i am 20 yrs old.i am suffering from headaches since many years but it seems to grow day by day.I thought it might be due to cold or my eyesight problem. I was medicated for all this but still i have the same problem.Is it any brain problem?symptoms:-headache,sweating profusely,cant concentrate,feels as if head is blocked or overloaded,sometimes irritated.

These are symptoms of tension headache. It is very common due to busy life style and stress. Pls do lifestyle changes to decrease stress like yoga, meditation, brisk walk. You need to take analgesic for acute pain like naproxen regularly for 5-7 days along with prophylactic medicine like tryptomer or SSRIs.
pls visit a pain physician or neurologist for proper guidance and prescription.
