Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,

Multiple hemicranial headaches in a day and requiring 4-5 medications is concerning. Reasons could be migraine, intracranial problems and arteritis. I personally feel you need to see a Neurologist at the earliest and get detailed evaluation done to rule out serious problems. If its migraine can be effectively treated with simple medications then one can avoid pain killers.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shiva Kumar R., Neurologist
