What Causes Chronic Increased Appetite And Diarrhea?

I went to India almost a year ago. Since I returned I have had constant hunger, I'll eat until I feel sick, and thirst, I drink around 4 liters a day and never feel satisfied, and diarrhea multiple times a day. I've been to two doctors and have been on three medications, antibiotics and anti-parasites but nothing has changed. Any ideas of what is wrong with me?
