The headache respond to OTC analgesics but some times proper treatment is needed for relief. You have taken many analgesics and there is no relief in such case I would advise you to consult a neuropsychiatrist for proper management. Medicines like Naproxen or some time Propranolol with Domperidone combination helps to reduce severe headache. Medicines as Amitritpyline or Nortriptyline etc help to reduce the frequency of pains when taken on regular basis. As you are getting severe headache in such case you should start taking the medicines regularly and don t rely on SOS medicines.
