What Causes Chunky And Greenish Gray Vaginal Discharge?

Hi, I have been having chunky think greenish gray dishcharge, I also had itching 2 weeks ago but after my gyno gave me an oral pill and a vaginal cream for 7 days the itching is gin now but the discharge is back in the same amount and consistency.since yesterday I also developed some lower abdomen pain.. I will be back to see my gyno on Monday but I am very very worried as to what this disease may be and the treatment options.. Please help Thanks in advance

looking at your history and symptoms it seems to be a case of trichomoniasis or bacterial vaginosis
If such a case comes to my clinic I would advise him antibiotic like tab metronidazole 500 mg thrice daily for 7 days
please make a visit to your gynaecologist for testing and further examination
