What Causes Circular Flashing Lights In Side Vision?

hi,i am a45 year old female since last year i have been noticing circular flashing lights in my side vision .i have noticed it in especially in the dark ,it happens mostiy on exertion ,walking hurrying and when i sit for a couple of minutes it will disappear

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having flashes of light in the periphery of the vision.
This indicates problems involving the periphery of the retina in the form of retinal tear or posterior vitreous detachment.
Hence this requires examination by a eye doctor to look for these and treatment accordingly.
