I have a clear conjunctival cyst on the white part of my eye. It is rather small but noticeable. Will it go away on its own? I dont want to
have it excised since I was told it would leave a scar and there are other side effects to surgery. Thanks

Removal of conjunctival cyst will not usually leave any scar.
It is a minor procedure.
Though it is not mandatory in your case as it a small cyst.
One can wait and watch
