What Causes Clear Discharge From Right Ear For A Week?

hi, i am 28 y/o. i have been having a clear dischage from my right ear for a week now. sometimes the discharge is yellow in color. i feel that my right ear is plugged or stuffed up. yesterday, my outer ear, particularly the tragus part, hurts when i touch it. also, i cannot fully open my mouth because it hurts especially on the right side.
