Hence the need to pass, to strain but only liquid and blood comes out. This has also resulted into a formation of fissure-in-ano hence the Doctor told you about the cut. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Send the sample of stool and blood for test. May need a prescription based antibiotics, metronidazole, antispasmodic hence consult a Pediatrician to get a clinical evaluation, examination, application of local ointment to the anal verge. Let him sit in a tub with warm water for soothing effect called as Sitz bath. Plenty of oral fluids to avoid dehydration.
