What Causes Clear Fluid Discharge From Vagina While Coughing Or Running?
Hi i am 24 and i am having a clear liquid with no smell coming out from my vagina when i cough, run or get up to stand or at night ill wake up soaked please help i am currently trying to get pregnant with my 3rd child for 3 months what may be wrong
Clear watery discharge from the vagina is an indication that you are ovulating but when you are getting soaked in it is due to yeast infection, vulvovaginitis, Chlamydia, trichomoniasis, inflammation of the cervix, PID, leukorrhea.
Get examined by a gynecologist, get STD tests done. Other than infection, use of contraceptives, poor hygiene can be a cause. Avoid using perfume, douching in the vaginal area, keep the vaginal area dry and clean. Take plenty of water, use safe intercourse, get treated. Take iron & calcium rich diet along with protein. Do regular pelvic exercises.
