What Causes Clear Liquid Discharge From The Right Side Of The Nose?

I have had clear/ like water dripping out the right side of my nose, is very salty in taste. This has happened off and on for about 7 years. Sometimes I may go a few months with nothing and other times it may happen a few times a month. For the last two weeks it has happened multiple times a day, usually when I bend over and then it drips when I stand back up. Ocassinally while I m upright. My concern is that it could be a csf leak. Although I am hoping it isn t. I have had two c-sections both of which I received spinal taps for. The first one was 7 years ago.. and while I didn t have any issues the first month or so after I did experience some of the worst headaches imaginable after. I went to the er, and the ct showed nothing. I was given toradol for them at my gps office, which helped very little and a medication for high blood pressure( even though mine has always run normal) and migraine meds.none of which seemed to help. After about 4 weeks they slowly got less painful and eventually went away. I might also add that I would have the sudden feeling I needed to go to the bathroom, and even though the were loose stool with no pushing required the headache would start screaming, starting at the back of my neck and eventually moving forward. My second spinal tap was 4 years ago. I had no issues after thankfully. I do have the occasional ringing in my ears, and feel I may have some hearing loss. Sometimes I can hear what seems like fluid moving. For about 3 months I have had some sinus drainage that only runs down my throat. Nothing there when I blow. I have occasional headaches, but nothing I feel is super abnormal. I hit my head about 2 weeks ago on the freezer door, very hard. I saw stars and bruised up a bit. It was sore for about a week, but feels better now. Should I be concerned? Should I have this fluid tested?

Heĺlo.
YES, you should test the fluids.
You probably need to do another CT scan of the head. Sometimes the radiologists doesnt see anything if you dont tell to them what to check for.
Anyway first you should do the Fluids Test and after that it will be easy to find out your problem.

Wish you all the best....
