What Causes Clear Liquid Filled Bumps On My Buttocks?
Hi, I noticed last year a ring shaped mark on my butt cheek and it itched a little but I paid no mind to it and the. I noticed another one... however both practically went away but reappeared in the form of what looked like a simple bug bite but itched terribly! now it s intensified and it s months later and now there are dozens of bumps of multiple sizes all over my buttocks and some spots are oozing a clear liquid and bleeding the more I scratch them. The last couple days Imve used cortisone 10 to help but I would like to know what it is.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of clear liquid filled bumps on buttocks which is because of folliculitis that is infection of hair follicles. It could be erythematous lesions with liquid in center of the lesions and bacterial infection of hair follicle. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper prescription. You should take antibacterial cream/ointment 2% mupirocin can be applied twice daily. You should take Amoxicillin in combination with clavulanic acid thrice daily. Avoid touching or pricking bumps with hand or any sharp object. You should take anti inflammatory drugs like nimesulide daily till you get good result.
