I'm 26, 216lbs, and happily 12 weeks pregnant. I've been doing a treatment for BV at bedtime each night. Last night was the 3rd night of treatment with metronidazole gel. I just used the restroom today and a LOT of clear discharge came out with a good bit of dark red dots in it. They didn't look like normal globs of blood, more like a ton of tiny little dark red beads. What could this be?
