What Causes Clicking Sound And Stiffness In Bones In Extreme Left Of Cheeks?

When I open my mouth to eat or to yawn, I feel like two bones near the extreme left of the cheek overlap with each other. It doesn t pain at all but I feel really uncomfortable because my bones make a clicking sound and become stiff when they overlap each other. I ve been having this problem for over 4 months now and it usually happens in the morning when I wake in and them goes away but since yesterday evening it s not going away at all. I don t know if I should see a dentist or some other doctor.

Hi.
It is due to your loose ligaments of temporomendibular joint...in which the mandible slips from its socket while you open your mouth.
Treatment is surgical, get apppointment of a maxilofacial surgeon.
Wish you good health.
Thanks
