Hello, I am a 23yr old very healthy and fit female. Over the past few days, I've gotten a head cold with a lot of sinus pressure and headaches. The nasal drip is also causing me to become nauseous to my stomach. However, the real issue I am having is that about 12 hours ago I noticed that my throat (right above the adam's apple) on the right side has a "clicking" sound and vibration in my throat. What can this be? Is it something to worry about? How can I get it to go away? Thank you!
