Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query.Considering your young age i doubt a Bacterial vaginosis which gives a fishy smell that you get with urine as well.Urine routine examination should be done to rule out Urinary tract infection or glycosuria. In such case antibiotic therapy and culture of urine will be needed. In case of bacterial vaginosis which comes with a fishy smell from vagina and discharge i advise my patients with combination of antibiotics like metronidazole or clindamycin with clotrimazole in form of vaginal suppository or oral tab.I also recommend them to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent getting further infections.Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further query.
