What Causes Cloudy Vision After ICL Procedure?
My wife, 40 yrs age, had an ICL procedure done yesterday. This morning when the bandage was removed, she could not see anything but the white big spot like the cloud. The doctor said that she has got a blood clot that covers the lens hence cannot see. Use Tropicacyl Plus 3 times a day and it will be gone. Rest is fine. We are very worried as she cannot at all see.

It seems from the history that your wife is having cloudy vision on the first postoperative day of ICL procedure.
This can be because of corneal edema, postoperative inflammation induced by surgery, blood clot as told by your doctor.
No need to worry as all these are treatable by appropriate eye drops.
The treatment is by use of steroid eye drops and dilating eye drops like tropicayl plus eye drops.
