What Causes Cluster Of Painless Pimples On Scrotum?
I have had very small pimples on my scrotum in a cluster like since about two years ago. They come out in a cluster, painless and disappear on their own. Then they come back again and disappear many times sometimes after three days and even one or two months. They can also develop into one pimple before it disappears and are only on the scotum but different positions. They are sometimes trigered by friction during fore play or even bathing and rarely itchy and completele painless. Never developed into an ulcer but can become one pimple after some few hours. Please help.
Hello Thanks for query .Based on your statement I would state that you have multiple Sebaceous Cyst over Scrotal sac.
The scrotal skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.
Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected.
If needed some of them which are bigger may need to get excised in Toto (Completely along with the sac).
Ensure to maintain a proper personal hygiene by washing the genital area with warm soap water twice daily .This will prevent recurrence of getting cysts .
