What Causes Clusters Inside Upper Lips?

Hi I have found little clusters of dots inside my upperlips on the left and right side I was wondering if it was an std I also did fight in a boxing match is when I also noticed tiny white dots on the corner of my inner lip there in clusters the size of salt granules
