Hello,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you twisted your ankle 2 weeks ago.Your foot is feeling cold and your toes are feeling numb. This can be due to swelling of ankle presses the blood vessels and nerves passing nearby thereby foot is feeling cold and your toes are feeling numb .Keep limb elevated to reduce swelling. You can take antiinflamatory drugs such as diclofenac to reduce swelling. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care.
