What Causes Cold Feeling In Arm And Hand And Pain In Shoulder?
My right arm and hand feels ice cold and the rest of my body is warm. Also the underneath of my right thumb and lower half of pointer and middle finger are numb. I volunteered this weekend and was packing/ taping boxes (lots of repeative motion) and at one point had pain in my right shoulder. Should I just wait and see if it gets better with rest or do I need to see a doctor?

Do not neglect your health. There are two possibilities considering your symptoms. First vascular compression at neck level and second nerve entrapment. Both can be ruled out with two investigation. 1. Do nerve conduction studies of right upper limb 2. Colour dropper of right upper limb.
