What Causes Cold Flushes And Shivering In The Back Bone?

i had been diagonised with symptoms of MND 4 years back.My left side use to tremble, and muscle waisting was there..last 2 days i find shivering in my backbone and cold wave blows in and out.. also i got fever twice within last15 days..Is my time over?
