What Causes Cold Sensation In The Abdomen?
I have a constant tight chest, shivers, tingly/numb limbs, hands and throat, tight throat and feel as if I m always out of breath, cold sensation in chest/stomach, nauseous, false hunger feeling, headache, constant sick feeling, and I also have a weird sensation as if I m going to die (But, obviously not).

It could be viral infection and it must be associated with some anxiety and depression so first try to come out of this lese the viral infection may not use any treatment, but you can have some symptomatic medicine like Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen as per needed. You have not mentioned your age and gender else something specific can be thought.
