What Causes Cold Sensation In The Legs Of An Elderly Person?

my 86 year mother with dementia, stopped being to walk about 2 days ago. Her legs are cold, hard to the touch and wilted looking. She recently stopped taking meds for hypertension and other aliments.
She has a doctors appointment on Monday, but I am concerned and wonder if we should get her to a hospital or if it is something that can wait until her doctors appointment on Monday. She is fighting about going to a hospital. Thank you for your input.

Hello,
It would be best for her to go to the hospital. It may be something that can be treated. With some of these conditions, if you wait to long it may mean that the treatments will not work. If it is a stroke or something like that then the sooner she is treated the better.
Regards
