What Causes Cold Sore Look Alike Which Is Red And Swollen On Chin?

I have a sore that looks like a cold sore on my chin. It has formed blisters, is red around it and is swollen. I have had it for 4 days now. I have been treating it with antiboties ointment ad it still looks the same as it did. so is it a cold sore and what do I do abut it?

Hello,

It would have been if you have sent few close up pics to get the better idea. You can apply Flucort N cream two times per day for ten days. Take capsule Eragold once a day after food for one month. Take tablet Ener C dissolvable early morning empty stomach for three months. Dont pick it with a nail.
