General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is nothing but a simple viral rhinitis.
As a first line management you can take antihistamines like Cetirizine for symptomatic relief. For frequent steam inhalation to open up blocked sinuses. It symptoms persist you can consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
