What Causes Concentration Lapses With Developmental Delay In This Child?

Dear Sir,
My Baby is 24months old and she is prematured and born 4weeks before then the actual date. All the activities like strawling (started in 12months), walking (14months) and sitting came bit late by 4months then the normal milestone. Now i find that her concentration is only at one point, like when i throw a ball in front of her she is not even bothered and she takes only the things which she requires and no interest on toys. This makes me bit worried, can you pls suggest will there be something wrong or in due course it should become right.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for asking.
I can understand your concerns.
I would like to know is she talking? How is her social interaction?
If both this are normal then its fine. In my opinion if you have developmental concerns for her then please have her evaluated by a developmental paediatrician.
Try to play with her at home with her toys so that you can teach her how to play with the toys.
I hope I have helped you
Thank you
