Pulmonologist 's  Response
thanks for asking your question
I completely understand your question
cough , chest pain , congestion are seen in variety of disorders
it seems like a lower resp tract infection in your case
you need to consult a pulmonologist who can request a chest X-ray, sputum for pyogenic culture and spirometry if needed and evaluate the cause.
a pulmonologist can prescribe you with some drugs like an antibiotic - cefexime for a week and a leukotreine inhibitor or antihistaminic like a combination of moteleukast and fexofenadine and a bronchodilator. cough syrup with ambroxol,
dont panic
feel free to ask more questions
may god bless you with good health
