OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Bleeding and spotting in early pregnancy can be due:
1. Haemorrhage around the foetus( subchorionic haemorrhage)
2. Ectopic pregnancy
3. Threatened abortion
These can be diagnosed by proper examination and ultrasound.
Threatened abortion and subchorionic haemorrhage should be treated by rest and progesterone in the form of capsules or injections.
Duphastone ans Susten are progesterone which supports the pregnancy by making uterine environment more favourable for foetus.Folic acid is given to prevent congenital anomalies in fetus.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined and get a repeat ultrasound done to analyse the cause of bleeding.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
