What Causes Constant Discomfort Around The Chest?

Hi Doctor... I feel constant discomfort around my chest area... I have been eating Razo 20 mg since 4 days now morning empty stomach... Not much difference... This all started 7 months back... I am much better then what it was then but still not completely fine... I cant eat normal spicy food also... The moment I eat it gets worst..

Symptoms in your case could be related to Acute gastritis secondary to peptic ulcer.So get an upper G endoscopy,24hr pH Monitoring,ECG..to confirm the diagnosis.Also get rapid urease test,if positive for H.pylori you should start using H.pylori quadraple therapy kit by consulting with your treating doctor.Also you can increase dose of Razo if your symptoms doesnt subside.stop taking spicy foods.take soft foods,fruit juices,buttermilk,milk.Consult your gastro enterologist for expert management.
