What Causes Constant Dizziness Along With Unexplained Bruising On Upper Arms?
I have been feeling sick for a month. Dizzy, like I am drunk, unexplained bruising on upper arms, armpits ache almost like I have been lifting weights, hair falling out. On zpack. Chest xray nonfinding. But I did have water in my ears. what could this be?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have sinusitis or some upper respiratory tract infection. Dizziness is common in sinus infection. You should go for ct scan of brain to confirm diagnosis and rule out other pathology. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
