I have a sexual problem...my friend wakes uop with an errevt penis daily/ and half the time he hada hard on, even if he tries to masterbate to get release it may take ovver an hor and , right after he may have a hard on again. He went to the doctor and was told it was not a problem per say just wear boxers/ However I am concerned as it is very uncomfortable paintiful/ and should he oprt for realese time consuming. If the constant hard ons can't be stopped is there something we can do to speed up his ability to ejaculate more quickly at least when he has to deal with it himself
