What Causes Constant Excessive Saliva?

I suffer constant excess saliva. Sometimes thick and stringy. Can anthing reduce the flow as I can not contain just with trying to shut mouth? Male, age 77 PARKINSONS, PRESCRIBED MEDICATION SINEMET 25/250 one tablet six hourly

The excessive saliva can be secondary to the parkinsons disease or the drugs you are taking for the same. Nothing to be panic, consult a good oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a course of atropine.
