stress free" if you want resolution of symptoms.
what is the consistency of stool? solid or liquid? mucus comes out each time? what is the frequency?
whats your age and weight? height?
meanwhile,
advice:
- warm water intake as much as possible
- eat small meals (rich in fiber)and include plain yogurt in everyday diet
- eat plentiful "fresh oranges" and "pear "
- avoid
COLD milk and AVOID junk food(NO burger , pizza) altogether
- drink hot (warm) water on empty stomach to aid in bowel movement
- avoid beverages / alcohol/ soft drinks
- take two tea spoon (or one big spoon) ispagula with 200 to 300 mL water
three to four times a day for three days
hope the bowel movement would be normal. if not, after following above advice for 5 days then better visiting a gastroenterologist.
