What Causes Constant Feeling To Pass Bowel Movement?

Hiya, I have a problem which is that I always need to go to the toilet before everytime I go out (poo) I go 2-3 times before I leave the house but I will then need to use the toilet again whilst I m out and I have to find the nearest toilet. it s very embarrasing as it never used to happen. Is this a mental problem?
