I can understand your concern and would try to help you in thefts possible way. Constant fever, body pains and weight loss indicate towards tuberculosis or Lymphoma or any chronic illness as the cause. You need a proper workup for your condition which may include a few more questions regarding your medical history, complete physical examination to look out for any lymph node enlargement and a few more diagnostic tests including Genexpert, HRCT chest, Serum LDH, complete blood count with ESR and peripheral smear and other tests based on the diagnosis. I suggest you see a doctor who may be able to run a diagnostic workup for you. Once a diagnosis is made then only a management plan be started for you.
