Hi,I am Dr. Carol Rogala (Emergency Medicine). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
On June 11th I was getting in my bfs truck and standing on the running board and he accelerated then slammed on the brakes a few times until I fell off onto the ground. I obviously hit my head because I had a fist size lump on it,,,I dont remember the fall but some friends saw it so I dont really know if I lost consiousness, Today is the first day that the muscles in the front/side of my neck dont kill me but my head is still very tender and there is still a lump although not big. I have a constant headache that is actually worse looking at this screen. Do I need to see a doctor or continue babying it at home?
