Hello,
You are suffering from
constant headache and
chronic cough. Chronic cough may be suggestive of stress (emotional and physical),
anxiety, asthma, GERD, allergy, infection (URTI), COPD, etc. Chronic cough can be triggered due to dry air in the environment and dryness of the mucosa of your throat. Use room humidifier to feel better. Take adequate fluids and water to stay well hydrated.
Dehydration, pollen, animal dander, pollution, smoke, strong smell of oil, diesel, petrol, etc., may also trigger cough (
allergic cough). Stay away from extremes of heat and cold. Avoid staying outdoors during spring. Stay away from anything including food or drinks that trigger cough. Keep a cough lozenge in your throat and take sips of water whole day. Take antihistamine, one at bed time for 5-7 days for relief.
Antihistamine causes
dizziness so avoid doing any heavy work or driving. Get clinically examined by a GP, get swab and sputum tests done. Get X-ray chest done to detect any lung disease that needs urgent medical treatment. Headache is commonly caused by dehydration, low blood pressure,
hypoglycemia. Do not skip meals and take food during mealtime.
Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates may cause headache, lack of good sleep, poor posture, working for long hours on PC or laptop can cause headache. Stay away from addictions. Avoid stress. You are suffering from daily persistent headache, your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. Get clinically evaluated & treated.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
