What Causes Constant Headache And Dizziness?
I have had a headache now for 3minths straight it started as a dull headache of a morning and would go away by lunch now it’s lasting all day and are making me feel sick and waking me up of a night, I also feel quiet dizzy everyday and extremely tired even after a good 8hoirs sleep

You can have some neurological cause for headache as your headache is since three months. For that CT scan investigation will be beneficial.
If it comes normal then measure your blood pressure and sugar level. If you have chronic stress history then anxiety can lead more headache. I suggest you consult physician for examination.
