What Causes Constant Headache, Dizziness, Blood Around Rectum And Pain In Breast?

Had a headache for over 4 weeks now, i keep going dizzy and keep seeing white dots in my vision. I've been to my GP but she said it was just a fever and told me to take 2 paracetamols every 4 hours. I've also noticed today that i can't go to the toilet properly, i feel the need to go but nothing happens. I've also noticed blood around my rectum area. I have really bad pain up my left side and in my left breast. please help.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Please mention your age in your question.

A headache, dizziness, and floaters in the eyes may be a sign of the serious condition and need further investigation.

You are constipated and probably have a Fissure-in-Ano which can be treated easily.

Is it chest pain or breast pain? Please get investigated ASAP.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vinayachandran PK
